Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: May 4, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of and incorporated into the Terms of Service. Violations may result in content removal, suspension, termination, blacklisting, claw-back of any earned benefit, or referral to law enforcement, in every case without any refund, credit-back, alternative compensation, data export, or restoration of unused credits, feature top-ups, add-ons, or remaining subscription term. The Owner's Universal Reservation of Rights — Terms of Service section 1.1, the Authorized-Use License in section 1.2, the Benefits Reservation in section 1.3, the Dynamic Pricing & FX clause in section 1.4, the Comprehensive Owner Protections in section 18, and the No-Refund Policy are incorporated into this AUP in full.
0. Owner's Reservation of Rights — Enforcement & Policy Modification
The Owner reserves the absolute, exclusive, and unfettered discretion, with or without prior notice and without liability, to: (a) determine whether any content, conduct, account, or third-party violates this AUP, in its sole judgment; (b) add, change, narrow, expand, restructure, or remove any rule or category of prohibited conduct in this AUP at any time, with effect upon posting; (c) suspend, restrict, throttle, gate, deactivate, lock, downgrade, or permanently terminate any user, account, organization, integration, API key, OAuth token, affiliate, partner, or other third-party — with or without cause, with or without prior notice, and irrespective of whether a specific rule was violated; (d) refuse, withdraw, or discontinue any subscription plan, feature, model, integration, or facility, partially or fully; (e) preserve, copy, disclose, or transfer content and account information when required by law, demanded by a credible legal process, or in good-faith protection of users, the public, the Owner, or its partners; (f) impose, modify, or remove technical, geographic, regulatory, age-based, jurisdictional, or commercial restrictions on access; and (g) revoke, claw back, refuse to honor, void, or modify any discount, coupon, promo code, voucher, gift code, free credits, bonus credits, referral reward, affiliate commission, cashback, rebate, royalty, beta-access perk, grandfathered rate, lifetime deal, or any other monetary or in-kind benefit the Owner determines (in its sole judgment) was earned through, associated with, or tainted by any AUP violation, abuse, fraud, or commercial-misuse pattern. You waive any and all claims to refund, pro-rated credit, alternative reward, replacement Benefit, compensation, damages, or specific performance arising from the exercise of these rights, and acknowledge that no enforcement action gives rise to a cause of action for breach of contract, defamation, tortious interference, or any analogous theory.

- Do not use the Service to evade platform bans, shadow bans, or community sanctions
5. Enforcement
We use automated moderation (keyword pre-filter + AI content classifier) on both inputs and outputs, plus human review on escalation. Strikes are logged. Severe or repeat violations result in permanent termination and forfeiture of unused credits. We may preserve and disclose content and account information when required by law or in good faith to protect users, the public, or GenZHook.
6. Authorized Use of Account & Telemetry Data
Enforcement decisions, abuse-detection telemetry, IP signals, fingerprints, and any data derived from your use of the Service may be retained, aggregated, and used by the Owner — and shared with sub-processors, partners, fraud-detection vendors, and (in aggregated or de-identified form) third parties — for the financial, analytical, security, and commercial purposes described in Terms of Service section 1.2 and Privacy Policy section 4a. The Owner is the sole and exclusive beneficiary of any revenue derived therefrom.
7. Reporting Abuse
Report violations to abuse@genzhook.com. For copyright, use our DMCA channel. For CSAM, we also accept direct reports and pursue mandatory NCMEC reporting.
