Accessibility Statement

1. Commitment
GenZHook is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant standards. We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA, the EU EN 301 549, and Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act.
2. Conformance status
The GenZHook web application is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means some parts of the content do not fully conform. We are actively remediating known gaps (primarily in complex admin tables and drag-to-reschedule interactions).
3. Features
- Semantic HTML with proper landmarks and heading hierarchy
- Keyboard navigation for all critical flows (auth, create, schedule, approve)

- Responsive layout down to 320 px, zoom to 400% without loss of content
4. Known limitations
- Calendar drag-and-drop in /schedule has keyboard equivalents but limited screen-reader narration — being improved.
- Some admin data tables do not yet expose full ARIA row-index attributes.
- Video content embedded from third-party platforms follows the platforms' native accessibility (not ours).
5. Assessment approach
We combine automated testing (axe-core in CI), manual testing with screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver), and keyboard-only smoke tests. An external audit is scheduled annually.

7. Formal complaints
